To strengthen the sense of responsibility and mission among the leadership, foster a spirit of loyalty to the company, enhance loyalty and a sense of belonging, and solidify confidence in fulfilling the tasks assigned by the Group, the Medium and Heavy Plate Division of Jingye Group’s Huaxi Base organized a series of revolutionary tradition education sessions for all staff. The sessions took place in batches from October 29 to 30, 2025, at the Li Dazhao Memorial Hall.
In the golden autumn of October, staff braved the rain to embark on this journey, cleansing their minds while engaging in a dialogue with history. Inside the memorial hall, the yellowed photos, historical artifacts, and inspiring deeds of Li Dazhao, the revolutionary pioneer known for his "iron shoulders carrying righteousness and masterful writing," brought his legacy back to life.
Throughout his life, Li Dazhao wielded his pen as a sword and his voice as a drum, seeking light in the darkness and anchoring direction amidst confusion. Even in perilous times, his belief in the revolution never wavered. This century-old force of faith resonated strongly with the mission of our workers in the fiery furnace of steel production.
After the tour, the staff engaged in thoughtful discussions, linking the spirit of Li Dazhao with the Group’s development, the company’s needs, and the improvement of their positions.
